Happy May Day

The kids and I made up a few paper cone may day baskets and went delivering to neighbors on Saturday.
We used up most of the flowers in our yard and had to borrow a few from the neighbors. Shhh.

We hung our baskets on their doors, rang the doorbell and ran. Lou's favorite part was the 'tricking.'

We saved one just for you. Happy May Day.

Gee, they look so pretty. I made one for my front door with lilacs yesterday since I was having a May Day party which wasn't near as pretty but it was a hit. I think I will be able to send you a picture of the small baskets with flowers used for place cards.

I think I would like the "tricking" part the best too.

I got a smile from this! My daughter did this very same thing with my boys.
