Halloween Events

In an effort to get the most out of our costumes, we had a whole week of festivities that warranted costumes.

We went to a party at the library:

A downtown trick or treat event: (Lou fell asleep on the way and slept almost the whole time. He woke up with a full candy bag!)

A fall festival at our church- the adult costumes came out: (We're Manny and Kelly from Sheetrock Hills)

I didn't get any pictures at the festival since I was volunteering in the COLD rain for hours 'working the line' at the bungee trampoline jump. It was the coldest I have been in 3 years. Easily. Next year, I volunteer inside. Apparently unsuspecting newbies get the cold jobs. Anyway, the kids apparently had fun inside and got lots of candy.

Then there was the trick or treating of Halloween:

Bee started waiting for our trick or treat friends at 3:00!

Trick or treating started at 4pm. There is something to be said for going out in day light!

Bee and a friends sorted candy on the floor. Daddy had to help.
